The dataset documents enacted PADDD events (i.e., events that have been passed into law) and proposed PADDD events (i.e., proposed legal changes under formal consideration by government authorities; available for Brazil only) Please note that this is not a full list of PADDD events occurring in these regions during this time period, but only those that have been validated following peer review.
